What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.

 

Are all the items you sell authentic?

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. All items are authenticated prior to purchasing them.

 

Do you have shoes in store that's not online?

Our online inventory mirrors what we have in store and vise versa. 

 

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?

We get new inventory daily, its best to stay updated to our NEW ARRIVALS tab on our website.

 

If an item says “Pre-Owned / Used” is it the same as in the picture?

Pre-Owned / Used items are shot professionally to show all details. Photos are exactly how they would be in person.

 

Do you accept trades or size swaps?

Trades: We offer store credit for shoes that you want to sell to us. That store credit can be used towards any shoe in store.

Size Swaps: Size swap fees varies on shoe & size(contact us for more information)

 

Does Ranked.IE purchase shoes?

We do "buy outs" daily. You can contact us for a quote through e-mail (contact@shopranked.com), instagram DM (@Ranked.IE), or feel free to come in store.

 

Does Ranked.IE do consignment?

We do not. We purchase shoes out-wright to make sure we stick with our motto, pricing competitively towards the "market".

 

Why do you price shoes competitively?

Like most people, we grew up in the culture, but couldn't always afford to pay top dollar. We price competitively for our customers to help everyone get the shoes they want without paying crazy prices.  

 

Can I purchase online and do in store pickup?

Yes! We have an option for in-store pickup when choosing a shipping option at checkout. 

 

Do you ship outside of Rancho Cucamonga, CA?

Yes - we process and ship orders to everywhere in the United States. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number once order is packed and ready to go. We ship most orders via USPS priority mail.  Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 1-3 business days. International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days.

 

What happens if my package is returned to Ranked.IE?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee.  For international orders, if your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge assessed by our carrier.
